We all like being first - coming first in a debate, being the first person to break a world record, being someone's first love... As a nation, we like being the first to reach the moon, or the first to discover an undiscovered land; as a people, we celebrate and remember fondly firsts of all kinds. 

An aggressive AI strategy attempts to use state power to secure American dominance in artificial intelligence and limit China’s ability to compete. This could include subsidies or bailouts for U.S. AI champions such as OpenAI, major public investment in AI infrastructure and R&D, export controls on advanced chips to China, and pressure on allies and companies to restrict or ban Chinese AI models and firms.

The Student Movement in Serbia is a popular protest movement in Serbia centered around rule of law.

Last year the Movement decided to take part in the next elections in Serbia with their own electoral list. The list excludes students, as well as individuals who currently hold or have previously held office in government or opposition political parties. The Movement does not intend to release the Electoral list until elections are announced. 

Each country has its own procedure to select which song will compete in Eurovision. At Eurovision, these songs are judged by a 50/50 voting system: half of the final score comes from professional national juries, and half comes from public televoting. Each participating country awards a set of points based on its jury vote and a separate set of points based on its public televote.
